Hello! I’m Silvia Minkova, founder of this agency dedicated entirely to sports marketing and digital growth.

My journey began at the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski”, where I graduated with a degree in Sports Management. I later pursued my passion even further by earning a Master’s in Professional Football Business from the International University FBA (The Football Business Academy) and obtaining my UEFA CFM license — a qualification that deepened my understanding of how the sports industry functions on a global scale.

Before launching the agency, I built my experience across various roles in the sports and business world. I worked at Complex S.I.²L.A and served as a hotel manager, developing my skills in operations and client management. My biggest leap came when I joined one of Bulgaria’s top football clubs — PFC Botev Plovdiv — where I led the Marketing and Business Development department. This role gave me hands-on experience managing brand partnerships, fan engagement strategies, and digital activations at a high level.
